Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS)

For top tier with rich work experience and excellent academic qualifications all over the world to explore opportunities in Hong Kong, including high-income talents and graduates from the world's top universities 

 

Requirement:

Annual income of HK$2.5 million or above or a bachelor's degree from the world's top 100 universities.

 

Remarks :

Category C of the TTPS is not applicable to non-local students who have obtained the undergraduate qualification in a full time and locally-accredited program in Hong Kong

Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS)

Designed specifically for high-skilled talents to enhance Hong Kong's competitiveness in the global market, applicants do not need to be offered an employment offer before applying.

 

Requirement:

Achieve high scores in the [Comprehensive Points System] or [Achievement Points System] and compete with other applicants for quotas.

Remarks:

Not applicable to nationals of Afghanistan, Cuba and North Korea.

Kitchen Meeting

Hong Kong New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme (New CIES)

For foreign citizens aged 18 or above, Chinese citizens with permanent residency in a foreign country, and Chinese citizens of Taiwan or Macau Special Administrative Region.

 

Require:

The applicant must prove that he or she has a net asset or net capital of not less than HK$30 million (or its equivalent in foreign currency) for the entire period of two years before the date of the net asset test application; and must have invested at least HK$30 million in permissible financial assets and/or non-residential real estate and Capital Investment Entrant Scheme investment portfolios

 

Remarks:

Proof of no adverse immigration record.

The program does not apply to nationals of Afghanistan, Cuba, and North Korea.

IANG Visa Scheme

Non-local fresh graduates

Apply within six months of your graduation date (the date stated on your graduation certificate)

Non-local graduates

Submit your application for return employment in Hong Kong six months after your graduation date.

Employment visa

Specially for foreigners who do not have the right to enter and stay in Hong Kong. Anyone working in Hong Kong in any form, paid or unpaid, part-time, contract or temporary, must also hold an employment visa

Require:

It is not easy to find a suitable candidate for this job in the local labor market.

Remarks:

Entering Hong Kong on a tourist visa generally allows you to only sign contracts, attend trade exhibitions, or attend short lectures or business meetings.

Hong Kong Permanent Residence

For applicants who have ordinarily resided in Hong Kong legally for a continous period of not less than 7 years.

 

Requirement:

Applicant must prove that he or she has taken Hong Kong as his or her permanent place of residence during the 7-year period.

 

Remarks:

If applicant are away from Hong Kong for more than 180 consecutive days, explanation is required.
