Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS)

Requirement:
Annual income of HK$2.5 million or above or a bachelor's degree from the world's top 100 universities.
Remarks :
Category C of the TTPS is not applicable to non-local students who have obtained the undergraduate qualification in a full time and locally-accredited program in Hong Kong
Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS)
Designed for high-skilled talents to enhance Hong Kong's competitiveness in the global market, applicants do not need to be offered an employment contract before applying.
Require:
Achieve high scores in the [Comprehensive Points System] or [Achievement Points System] and compete with other applicants for quotas.
Remarks:
Not applicable to nationals of Afghanistan, Cuba and North Korea.
Hong Kong New Capital Investment Immigration
For foreign citizens aged 18 or
above, Chinese citizens with
permanent residency in a foreign
country, and Chinese citizens of Taiwan or Macau Special Administrative Region.
Requirement:
Applicant must demonstrate that they have continuously possessed not less than HK$30 million in net assets or net capital for the entire period of 2 years immediately proceeding the date of submission of the net asset test application, and they must invest a minimum of HK$27 million in permitted financial assets and /or non-residential real estate, as well as contribute HK$3 million to the Capital Investment Entrant Scheme portfolio.
Remarks:
Proof of no adverse immigration record.
The new CIES does not apply to nationals of Afghanistan, Cuba or North Korea.
